Our plan may include color enhancements, rearranging the existing furnishings and décor, recommendations for de-cluttering and de-personalizing as well as cleaning and repairs.

Our initial Staging Consultation is a flat fee of $150 and we’ll start the transformation using your own items. We schedule two hours for this initial appointment ($25 per additional half hour). You’ll be amazed when you see what our experienced designer can do with your existing furniture and accessories for a nominal fee and in such a short amount of time.
Should your home benefit from enhancements of stylish accessories and artwork, we will provide you with a rental quote.
~ 2 Hour Stage to Sell
In a hurry to get your home on the market? We can help. We'll arrange your furniture and place your art and accessories to present your home to impress potential buyers. You will receive a pre-staging checklist at the appointment confirmation. Once that is completed, relax and let ReDesign take care of the rest!
We provide a punch list with any final touchups recommended. This is a 2 hour service for $150 ($25 per additional half hour).
